The hay fever and allergic rhinitis are diseases caused by specific agents inhaled. The hay fever is very common during the spring and summer because of high levels of atmospheric pollen. 3) lack of fresh fruit and vegetables from the daily diet - 5 servings a day is the minimum amount to endow the body with essential antioxidants that can cope with various external factors

4) increasing the humidity in the atmosphere which traps pollen and airborne particles.

The body's response to these statements include the production of histamine in the upper respiratory system, resulting in a production of fluid in the presence of symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose and conjunctivitis. Typically symptoms of hay fever is feeling itchy nose, eyes and throat. In fact there is no cure for hay fever or allergic rhinitis, the treatments applied targeting symptoms. The treatments usually involve the recognition of allergens and avoid them as much as possible, and providing anti-histamines or corticosteroid drugs to treat specific symptoms.

Supplements and Herbs that can help

It has been found that allergy sufferers are deficient in vitamins B12 and B6. The effect of vitamin C as a natural inhibitor of histamine research has shown a level that helps considerably. Moreover, the action of bioflavonoids may help the absorption and action of vitamin C, so it is particularly beneficial to those suffering from allergies often take a combination of bioflavonoids and vitamin C throughout the periods of the occurrence of allergies.
